Why Do We Blame Others?

I admit I am sometimes guilty of blaming others & feeling frustrated when others are not what I want them to be. Often it is not the person who has done something wrong. It may be that our expectations & projections of how we want that person to be, is not an exact match of who they actually are.

It is not the ‘other person‘ who has offended or hurt you, it is YOUR expectations of that person who have offended & hurt you.  People can change every day. Just because you think you know how someone is likely to act doesn’t give you the right to expect them to always be like that.

Use EFT to live in the present & suspend judgment as much as possible.  The nature of growth is change. Perhaps, like me, you need to make an extra effort to be tolerant of others & accept others DO change.

Enjoy EFT!

This EFT oriented website is provided as a public courtesy to help expand the use of EFT in the world.
While Gary Craig and EFT encourage such efforts, they cannot evaluate or endorse the multitudes of sites that exist.
Thus this website represents in good faith the ideas of its founders but not necessarily those of Gary Craig or EFT.
