Do You Procrastinate? Cure This Habit With EFT…

Do you keep putting things off & off? Do you leave things until the last minute so that you can say afterwards, you did a rushed job to excuse yourself from the poor quality?

I have found underlying many self-confessed procrastinators there is a perfectionist. Many suferred from the ‘if you can’t do it properly, don’t do it at all‘ mantra from their parents. This is a damaging belief to hold onto.

It is much more important to just ‘do‘. If you are having trouble just getting started anywhere, it doesn’t matter what you do as long as you do something.

Prioritise the things you really & truly love & do those to the best of your ability. The rest can simply just be done. Accept that not everything has to be done perfectly. You are not a failure if you place different emphasis on the things you love.

EFT cleared my own perfectionist tendancy. Underlying my need for everything to be done perfectly was a need for approval from others. I validated my own self only if others approved of my ‘perfect work’. Very unhealthy. But now all vanished with EFT!
