How To De-Clutter Your Mind
It helps when you practise EFT that you do physical action to support it. This will help reinforce your goal. As you are de-cluttering your mind, why not actually de-clutter your house?
I heard from a friend they chose different rooms of their house as they de-cluttered different issues that were cluttering their mind. I think this is a great idea as it’s so symbolic.
If it feels too overwhelming to de-clutter your whole house, how about choosing just one room. In that room, choose one corner & begin there.
You will fnd once you ‘get into it’ you will not want to stop…
