So many of us put things off & off…. What happens if we were to just do what needs to be done & fix it later if we have to?
Part procrastination & part low self esteem of not doing it ‘good enough‘ can keep us locked into a bad habit. An unhealthy habit of allowing things to pile up & treating this as normal.
It’s a choatic state to live in. I have discovered some people may feel empty if there wasn’t a never-ending list waiting for them. They like to feel busy & if this busyness is ticked off there is nothing to comfort them.
As you develop new habits that better serve you, you will enjoy a new calm. It is pleasant not constantly thinking about ‘all you have to do‘.
