How to Release Hidden Anger with EFT
Anger is one of those emotions that is frowned upon by society. I think it’s a good thing to feel your anger and then let it go. It’s not good to stay in a place of anger as this is not healthy for us.
When you find you evoke angry responses from other people who are normally placid it’s time to go within. Look for the hidden anger inside you that is attracting other people to be angry towards you.
It’s time to be completely honest with yourself. Do not be embarrased if what you are feeling angry about is something trivial. Use EFT to tap away your root cause of your anger. Then send a silent blessing to those who were angry towards you for alerting you to the anger inside yourself.
It’s important you don’t bottle up your anger. Feel it and then set it free.
