Joy & Laughter – How Much Are You Enjoying?

Sometimes I think we take ourselves too seriously. How much fun are you having? When was the last time you threw back your head in roaring laughter – a really deep belly laugh that hurt your muscles? How much joy, laughter & silliness are you experiencing on a daily basis?

For me having a playful four year old daughter helps keep me on track. What helps you? If you are having trouble tapping into your joyful state, these EFT Set-up statements will help:

‘Even though I don’t have anything to be joyful in my life about, I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to see joy surrounds me, if I let it’

‘Even though I simply don’t have the time to be silly, I deepy & completely love & accept myself. I choose to do something silly that is usually out of character for me, so I can learn how to enjoy being silly’

‘Even though I don’t know how to have fun, I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to be open to the possibility & welcome it when an opportunity arises’
