So You Are ANGRY. What Can You Do?

What do you do when you are frothing at the mouth and fuming over something?  Directing your heated energy into something constructive is a good idea.  So is EFT

‘Even though I am so angry, irritated and frustrated about ______, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.  I choose to dissolve my anger.’

‘Even though I am bursting with anger and I don’t know how to constructively dissolve it, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.  I choose to either remove myself from the situation or accept it.  I know that every action falls into these 2 groups.’

‘Even though I don’t know how this situation has come into my life and I’m mad about it, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.  I choose to realise every situation has purpose, even though I can’t see that now.’

We all feel angry sometimes. We all know anger is not an emotion to reside in for long. Yes identify your anger & air it constructively. Anger becomes a problem when we feed it & fuel it with further anger.
