How to Find Inner Peace

September 7th, 2009 No comments

How-to-find-inner-peaceEspecially when we are feeling overwhelmed and stressed we seek to find inner peace.

The good news is that inner peace is already within us.  Yes it may be buried!  Our job is to unearth it.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful tool for releasing our inner peace.

Sometimes it is helpful to sit quietly and ask yourself when you feel peaceful?  Make a note of who you are with, where you are and what you are doing (or not doing) when you feel peaceful.

Then consciously make an effort to spend more time around people you feel peaceful around.  Make an effort to go where you know you feel more peaceful and spend more time there.  And do (or not do) what makes you feel peaceful.

Perhaps you feel more peaceful when there is nobody around.  Perhaps there is a special friend you love to laugh with who you feel peaceful in the company of.

Many people enjoy nature. If so, plan a day in a forest or hiking in the hills. Visit a quiet beach or open field. If you feel peaceful painting, or playing music or sleeping – do it!

There is no right or wrong answer – just whatever feels peaceful for you.

Use EFT to tap away any resistance you feel to not making an effort to bring more inner peace into your life.

The ultimate goal is to live a peaceful life and have a peaceful nature.  Work on yourself little by little until you are happy with the amount of peace in your life.

Wishing you every success.

This EFT oriented website is provided as a public courtesy to help expand the use of EFT in the world.
While Gary Craig and EFT encourage such efforts, they cannot evaluate or endorse the multitudes of sites that exist.
Thus this website represents in good faith the ideas of its founders but not necessarily those of Gary Craig or EFT.
