Why EFT Is Great For Shock

July 14th, 2008 No comments

I’m sure we’ve all been in situations where we’ve been shocked beyond belief. It’s as if a rug has been violently pulled from under our feet.

These set-up statements will remove a lot of emotional turmoil when faced with an unbelievable situation:

‘Even though I can’t believe what happened, could ever happen to me, I deeply & completely love & accept myself’

‘Even though I don’t know why such & such has happened, I choose to believe it is for my highest good & accept the situation fully’

‘Even though it’s simply not fair & I did nothing to deserve such & such, I deeply & completely love & accept myself’

Enjoy EFT!

How To Be Truthful & Accept Yourself With EFT

July 10th, 2008 No comments

Before you can change anything in your life, you first have to accept where you are. You need to be truthful with yourself. You cannot benefit if you delude or lie to yourself.

This doesn’t mean you have to like things as they are. But you do have to have awareness. You must first acknowledge where you are right now, before you can possibly move forward.

Tap on the following:

‘Even though I can’t possibly accept myself & my life how it is, I deeply & completely love & accept myself anyway’

‘Even though it feels vain & silly to say I accept myself, I choose to suspend doubt & love & accept myself anyway’

‘Even though I am lying to myself about my life, I choose to forgive myself’

Enjoy EFT!

Are You Blocking Money?

July 6th, 2008 No comments

It is difficult for us to attract more money if our subconscious mind is blocking us from having more. You may be thinking, that’s silly of course I want more money! How could I subconsciously not want more money?

Think about your work collegaue – do you secretly resent the fact they get paid more money than you? Think about your neighbour – do you harbour jealously that he drives a flasher car than you? Think about the lady from your local town who won the lottery – do you think it’s just not fair as it could have been you?

When we resent other’s good our subconscious prevents us from having what others have. Our subconscious mind will protect us from being like those people, by keeping our good away (even though consciously we want this same good).

There’s no point fooling yourself that you don’t feel resentful. It is ok & human to feel resentful. But resentful feelings become a problem when they are blocking us from having what we want.

Be honest with yourself & use EFT to tap on these set-up statements:

‘Even though I’m incredibly jealous Peter has a better house than me, I deeply & comletely love & accept myself. I choose to celebrate his good. I too want this same good for me’

‘Even though it’s just not fair as I work much harder than my work partner (yet they earn twice what I do), I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to do the best I can. I know when I out-grow my current situation something better is waiting for me’

‘Even though I resent people who are enjoying life & not working hard, I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to focus on the joy in my life, instead of worrying about others’

Enjoy EFT!

Attracting Abundance By First Noticing Abundance

July 2nd, 2008 No comments

Often we are focused upon what we DO NOT have. Many of us are focused upon the lack in our lives. Lack of money, lack of opportunitys, lack of talent, lack of confidence in ourselves…..

I believe it’s true that what you focus upon you attract into your reality. So it makes sense to focus on the abundance in our lives.

Imagine your favourite beach. Go there in your mind & look around. How many grains of sand are there? Look at the abundance of sand – there is more than enough. There is plenty of sand; the supply is bountiful & flourishing & generous. You cannot even see each individaul grain of sand – that is how richly supplied this beach is. Feel in awe of the abundance of sand & connect with this feeling of ‘more than enough‘.

It is only once we take our focus off the lack in our lives to the abundance which exists around us (the air we breathe, the leaves on trees, the number of ants there are) that we will attact abundance into our lives more consistently.

Use EFT to tap upon any resistance you feel:

‘Even though up until now I have only focused on the lack in my life, I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to forgive myself & be aware where my thoughts ares. If I find myself focused upon lack, I choose to consciously change this’

‘Even though I feel there is nothing abundant to focus upon, I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to open my eyes to all the abundance surrounding me’

‘Even though I think this is a silly visualisation exercise, I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I choose to suspend my doubt & try this exercise anyway’

Enjoy EFT!
