We all feel angry sometimes. We all know anger is not an emotion to reside in for long. Yes identify your anger & air it constructively. Anger becomes a problem when we feed it & fuel it with further anger.

It’s a great gage to see how you are doing. How do others respond to you? What kind of situations do you find yourself in? What kind of opportunities are you attracting?
If you are happy with how everything is externally, that is wonderful!
But what if you are attracting nasty people? What if you are attracting crappy situations? What if you are disappointed by the quality or type of opportunities?
Remember to go within instead of pointing the finger at everything outside you. Use EFT to clear your frustration. Be prepared to be fully accountable for all you create & attract.
We all have our own truths. What we believe today may change tomorrow. It is important we update our truths so we do not become stagnant. So we keep evolving & learning. Regularly ask yourself if this truth is adding value & serving you in some way. If not, adopt a new truth.

Sometimes I think we take ourselves too seriously. How much fun are you having? When was the last time you threw back your head in roaring laughter – a really deep belly laugh that hurt your muscles? How much joy, laughter & silliness are you experiencing on a daily basis?

I think it is so important to be aware of your thoughts. Once you know what you are thinking, you can then make a conscious effort to change them.
This takes courage & practise. You will will need to be patient with yourself. With continuted effort in replacing your thoughts with better ones, you will be rewarded.
James Allen says, “I am the master of my thoughts, the molder of my character, the maker & shaper of condition, environment & destiny.” Pretty powerful stuff. And so very true.
You need to master yourself, if you would like to change what is in your world. Whatever ‘happens’ in your life happens for a reason. Stop whining, blaming & complaining. Ensure all conditions serve you. Why not use every circumstance for growth?
Do you find yourself in a situation where you are self sabotaging your good work? You may want to adopt a new course of action but somehow you just can’t.
Perhaps your new beliefs have simply not had time to gain enough power to take over the old beliefs. Perhaps deep down you don’t want that new course of action & you are preventing yourself from acheiving this. Perhaps you are too fearful & keep focusing on what has always been (instead of focusing on your new course of action).

I heard it takes 21 days for a new habit to be formed. I think it’s different for everyone, but certainly it’s a good rule of thumb to be aware of.
By new habit, I mean new beliefs as well. Your old habits & beliefs are initially going to be more powerful than the new habits & beliefs you want to establish. Some EFT set-up statements below if you find yourself giving up hope:
