When EVERYTHING seems to go wrong…

I think there are always times when we are tested. By tested I mean when it seems EVERYTHING goes wrong! Take an approach of humor and light-heartedness. Rectify each challenge and surrender to the fact you are being tested.

You Don’t Need To Know Everything Before You Start…

I don’t think it’s possible to know everything before you start something.  It’s not necessary and can may even put you off starting in the first place if you knew all the details.

Have a clear vision in mind and simply begin.  You can find out what information you need to continue with the next step exactly when you need it.

Trust that the right information will be made available at the right time.  Whether this information comes via a person or through a resource you discover on the internet or some other way.

Use EFT to tap on your procrastination about starting or continuing with your goal.  Also use EFT to tap away any fears about needing to know all the details to do with your goal.

How To Commit

The sooner you commit to something definite, the sooner the results you desire will come about.  Think realistically how long it will take you to complete the goal you want finishing.  Break down each day into daily tasks that need doing to take you closer to finishing your goal.

How To Be Open To A New Understanding Of Living

To me the purpose of life is to find “your place” in the world.  Your understanding of your place in the world determines how you live your life.  This understanding is not fixed – it is flexible.

My point is to keep broadening your understanding so you can keep increasing the quality of  your life.  Life is meant to be enjoyed and treasured.

If you are not happy with the quality of your life – look carefully at how you understand and interpret your life.  Perhaps some of your thoughts need to be thrown out, updated or new ones put in.

Use EFT to tap on any beliefs or thoughts that are not serving you.

You Must Feel Good

I believe the most important thing in the world above everything else, is that you feel good.  Actively seek out opportunites to feel good.

Ask yourself what are you thinking and doing when you are feeling good.  Then think those thoughts and do those very things that make you feel good.

Nothing is more important than your feeling good.  Please do not delay or postphone this feeling by saying to yourself’ “I will feel good when…….”  Nothing needs to “happen” for you to feel good right now.

Use EFT to remove any blocks you may have on feeling undeserving of feeling good.

Scared of Finishing?

After the initial hurdle to actually start something you may find yourself flagging towards the end.  Why is this?  Perhaps you are experiencing fear on some level which is manifesting as procrastination.  Try tapping on the following EFT set-up statements

“Even though I am scared of the success I may achieve once I’ve finished this task, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. I choose to push through the comfort I am feeling now to experience something new”

Concentrate On Now Only

I don’t think it’s any good worrying about things that may never affect you.  If something does, THEN worry about it.  Life is so short and it does no good entertaining concepts you many never experience.

Worrying doesn’t help or change anything.  It just invites fear and paranoia into your everyday life.  It doesn’t mean you are not caring, just that you are busy focusing on the present moment enjoying and appreciating your current experience.

Use EFT to clear any current worries you may have.  It’s a great tool for immediate relief which can bring about fast change.
