Treating Your Fear with EFT

Now go and face your fear. Go to the top of a tall building, find a spider or book the appointment with your dentist. Again take it slowly. As you get closer to your fear physically notice any responses in your mind or body and tap them away before going any further.

 

When focusing so intently on a fear or phobia there is little need to use set-up phrases or reminders with EFT, as your mind is already very aware of the problem. If done step by step you will surprise yourself how easily you can over-come your fears. Never endanger yourself while testing a fear and only go as far as you are comfortable in going. See the stepping stone approach in advanced for an idea on how to do this.
