			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whatever you pay attention to the <strong>most</strong> will show up in your life.  You can tell what you are focusing on by seeing what is in <strong>your life</strong> right now.</p>
<p>If you are happy with the opportunities and people in your life, this is great.  You are obviously mostly focusing on the good.  If you are <strong>deeply unhappy</strong> with the opportunities, situations and people in your life then it&#8217;s time to <strong>shift your focus</strong>.</p>
<p>This can be hard at first because you will be <strong>largely unaware</strong> you are thinking negatively.  Use EFT to bring your awareness to the<strong> present moment</strong> more often.  Instead of <strong>reacting blindly</strong> to what turns up in your life.</p>
<p>Then slowly thought by thought change what your are feeling. Using EFT to<strong> tap out limiting thoughts</strong> can do wonders for<strong> eradicating whole sections</strong> of unwanted thoughts.</p>
<p>Remember to <strong>replace the old</strong> with the new.  Having rid yourself of limiting thoughts it is now time to <strong>plant something new</strong> in its place.</p>
<p>Always pay attention to your thoughts.  Every time you notice they are <strong>no longer helping you</strong>, replace them with something that does.</p>

It&#8217;s just as easy to think healthy thoughts as unhealthy thoughts&#8230; therefore you have the <strong>power</strong> to think yourself back to perfect health.</p>
<p>This is our <strong>natural state.</strong> Just because 90% of the world are not in perfect heatlh doesn&#8217;t mean this should be accepted as the norm.</p>
<p><strong>Change</strong> is our ever present reality. Moment to moment we <strong>create new realiteis</strong>. You can be in &#8220;terminal&#8221; health one moment and in &#8220;perfect&#8221; health the next.</p>
<p>Turn your attention to what you are <strong>feeling</strong>?  Where is your <strong>focus</strong>?  What is the vibration of your thoughts?</p>
<p>Your body is <strong>extrememly responsive</strong>. It will respond and change itself according to the information you personally feed it.  How you dominantly feel will <strong>determine your health</strong>.  Whether it is dull or vibrant.  It&#8217;s up to you.</p>
<p>Take <strong>responsiblity</strong> and re-create your health.  You have the power to!</p>
