How to Think Your Body Back to a State of “Perfect Health”
The reality is if you have bad health you have got there through thinking unhealthy thoughts. It’s just as easy to think healthy thoughts as unhealthy thoughts… therefore you have the power to think yourself back to perfect health.
This is our natural state. Just because 90% of the world are not in perfect heatlh doesn’t mean this should be accepted as the norm.
Change is our ever present reality. Moment to moment we create new realiteis. You can be in “terminal” health one moment and in “perfect” health the next.
Turn your attention to what you are feeling? Where is your focus? What is the vibration of your thoughts?
Your body is extrememly responsive. It will respond and change itself according to the information you personally feed it. How you dominantly feel will determine your health. Whether it is dull or vibrant. It’s up to you.
Take responsiblity and re-create your health. You have the power to!
