Allowing Someone to Be Who They Are

October 15th, 2009 No comments

I think if we all quietened down our judgement and dropped our expectations we would all enjoy more harmonious relationships.

Instead of expecting people to be a certain way, what happens if we expect nothing and allow everyone to be who they are.

This may seem impossible to do.  But I’m sure a lot more respect and love would come out of it. We can all only do the best we can.

And if we all start exactly where we are, we can only move forward. Use EFT to tap on any judgements and pre-conceptions you have about how people “ought to be”.  And work on accepting people for who they are.

It’s not to say people can’t change or that by accepting someone for who they are – that you agree with them.

You can accept someone and not agree with them.  That’s perfectly fine.

Wishing you every success
