			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Anger </strong>is one of those emotions that is <strong>frowned upon</strong> by society. I think it&#8217;s a good thing to feel your anger and then let it go.  It&#8217;s not good to stay in a place of anger as this is <strong>not healthy</strong> for us.</p>
<p>When you find you <strong>evoke angry responses</strong> from other people who are normally placid it&#8217;s time to go within.  Look for the <strong>hidden anger</strong> inside you that is attracting other people to be angry towards you.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s time to be <strong>completely honest</strong> with yourself. Do not be embarrased if what you are feeling angry about is something trivial.  Use EFT to tap away your <strong>root cause</strong> of your anger.  Then send a<strong> silent blessing</strong> to those who were angry towards you for alerting you to the anger inside yourself.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important you don&#8217;t bottle up your anger. <strong> Feel</strong> it and then <strong>set it free</strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think if we all quietened down our <strong>judgement</strong> and dropped our expectations we would all enjoy <strong>more harmonious relationships</strong>.</p>
<p>Instead of expecting people to be a certain way, what happens if we <strong>expect nothing</strong> and allow everyone to be who they are.</p>
<p>This may seem impossible to do.  But I&#8217;m sure a lot more <strong>respect and love </strong>would come out of it. We can all only do the best we can.</p>
<p>And if we all start exactly where we are, we can only move forward. Use EFT to tap on any judgements and pre-conceptions you have about how people &#8220;ought to be&#8221;.  And work on <strong>accepting people</strong> for who they are.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not to say people can&#8217;t change or that by <strong>accepting someone</strong> for who they are &#8211; that you agree with them.</p>
<p>You can accept someone and <strong>not agree </strong>with them.  That&#8217;s perfectly fine.</p>
